MarketingPlanGuide.com is the educational arm of Bright Marketing, Inc. and serves as a resource for teaching business owners and marketing managers how to “Do-It-Yourself” when it comes to all facets of marketing, both online and offline.
The concept for MarketingPlanGuide.com was inspired by John Hunt’s years of working with businesses and seeing the need for tools for the “Do-It-Yourselfer.” He realized that not every business wanted to, or could afford to hire outside help to handle the marketing for them.
John’s book, “The Do-It-Yourself Marketing Handbook” was first released in 1997 and received widespread accolades for its simplicity and functionality as it relates to creating a marketing plan for a business. Thousands of businesses have used his model for creating a plan, which is the foundational piece of any marketing campaign for a company. John has presented these principal-based techniques to audiences all over the world and his work has been story subjects in all major media, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, U.S.A. Today, as well as interviews on radio, television, and in magazines across the country.
John started MarketingPlanGuide.com to host the teaching of the concepts presented in his book, as well as specific training for a variety of marketing related topics. MarketingPlanGuide.com also is home of a members area that allows business owners and marketing managers to have discounted access to the monthly trainings and mastermind sessions. These members-only programs keep the business owner or marketing manager updated on the latest trends and best-practices in the marketing field and allows them to get their marketing questions personally answered by John.
